All I can say about my feedback is: You find what you are looking for and don't waste your time to find other hotels in Berlin because you find exactly what you are looking for. Location is the best of the best as I was a few seconds from the tube station with any 100 shops or 100 of foods you like. (but still a nice and quiet area). Outside of the hotel are lovely coffee shops round the corner. I had a fantastic view of the Berlin parliament Bundestag which is 10 min walk from the hotel. The Hotel from the outside looks standart and nothing special but as soon as I walk inside I become surprised. Hotel was nice and 100% clean smells of new furniture, nice and modern with its own modern style. Staff of the hotels include cleaners, are lovely and very friendly and happy to help with anything. I travel all around the world but I never was that happy with my hotel choice. Of course when I say A I will need to say a B. Breakfast was first class with lot of choice and fresh quality food. Only one thing was bad experience in this hotel was the omelet maker. He was so rude because when I asked for more ingredients in my omelets he complained to me he needed to cut this himself so he couldn't give it to me. So I said OK. Then he opened the conflict and told me not to be angry. But funy enough I was all the time quiet. He makes my breakfast not comfortable any more and me and my wife from this day never come for an omelet and avoid this man far, far away. Other than that everything was absolutely first class and that's why i decided to keep the maximum rating from my side as possible for this hotel.

I found that the water tank of the coffee maker had its hinges for the lid were broken when I wanted to have a cup of coffee. I picked up the phone to tell the reception, but the phone was not working!, So I went down to the reception to report the two problems, a lady wrote down my room number and told me that she would send me a maintenance person. I waited in my room for some 20 minutes but no one came, and so I went down again to ask what was going on. The lady who had seen me was not there, and another lady looked somewhat irritated, saying that the maintenance team had called it a day and asked me why I was upset! … I think I will stop elaborating here to save my travel time, but the phone was fixed when we returned from our sightseeing the following day afternoon, but the coffee machine required two more phone calls and THREE visits by two maintenance team members with the last one was completely redundant. The hotel team seemed to be behaving like “headless chucks.”

The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff very friendly as well as the cleaning staff. The check-in staff needs to be a bit more friendlier in that they rarely smile and you don’t feel welcome in their hotel. They don’t greet you as you come in and leave the hotel if there’s no one at their check in area. The location was great. The hop on hop off bus stops right in front of the hotel. The main Berlin train station is next to the hotel. And theres a monthly special of 9 euros per month for all transportation except for the bullet trains to promote use of mass transportation.

This is a very cool hotel. It's right next to the Hauptbahnhof (Central Train Station), which is just an amazing place. You can see the Reichstag. Anyway, it's a very central, modern area, and the hotel has very friendly, accommodating staff. The rooms are spacious, modern, well-appointed, and everything worked beautifully. Beds very comfy, especially if you like firmer mattresses. I would definitely stay here again, especially with family. The rooms are large (we had a twin) compared to a lot of European hotels. You can't beat it for the location and value.

Location is very convenient given proximity to the Hauptbahnhof (train station). The room was very well thought out, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Well suited to business travellers or, like us, tourists on their last leg of their trip and needing a room that was well appointed and just made sense in terms of its layout, functionality, and convenience. If you‘re looking for quirky charm, this hotel is not for you. If you‘re looking for a hotel room that reflects German engineering, logic and form following function, this is the hotel for you. ;)
